Ozark Museum

The Ozark Air Lines Museum was created by the Ozark Silver Swallows and is sponsored by the Community America Credit Union. We encourage all of the Ozark Air Lines family, relatives and friends to support this fine financial institution.

Ozark Silver Swallows, Inc. is a social and recreational group of former Ozark Air Lines employees. Membership is open to all former employees or associates. Our mission is to “Perpetuate the history and commemorate the former employees of Ozark Air Lines.”

The Ozark Silver Swallows Alumni are fortunate to have Mrs.Peggy Bourne as the museum’s Curator. Peggy and her husband Bill joined Ozark in the 1950s and were married in 1972. They were both avid Ozark supporters which led to their extensive Ozark Memorabilia Collection. Bill rose from Ground School Instructor to Manager of Ground Training while Peggy rose from stewardess to Director of Flight Attendants. Both Peggy and Bill worked for TWA after the merger. Bill became Curator of the Silver Swallows organization on March 31, 2005, a title he held until his death in September 2011. Peggy is proud to follow in her husband’s footsteps as Curator.

The Ozark Air Lines Museum solicits Ozark memorabilia. Should you wish to contribute, the items are inventoried, put into protective storage and your
name is included in the display case. Contact Curator, Mrs. Peggy Bourne – kpb321@sbcglobal.net or call (314)-434-7836.
